Dr. Anthony Marchetti, MD

Dr. Anthony Marchetti is a board-certified psychiatrist responsible for the clinical delivery of every course of treatment. His work is quietly technical — precise motor-threshold mapping, exact coil placement, careful dosing — but patients tend to remember something simpler: how much steadier they felt than they expected to.

Before joining us, Anthony spent sixteen years across hospital and outpatient psychiatry, treating the kinds of complex cases where nothing had worked cleanly. That background makes him unusually good at reading the small signals that tell him a patient is starting to respond, and at adjusting before a course drifts off course.

He is a firm believer that precision and warmth are not a trade-off. Anthony keeps pace with new TMS research and helped write the monitoring routine our clinic follows for every patient. Outside of work he is an amateur guitarist and a fixture at his kids’ weekend soccer games.
