Molly Sullivan, LCSW

Molly Sullivan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who partners with patients during their TMS course to do the reflective work that turns an improving mood into durable change. She sees the weeks of treatment as a rare open window — a time when new habits and healthier thinking can actually take hold.

Licensed in Florida and trained in cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed care, Molly has a warm, grounded presence that makes even hard conversations feel safe. She tailors every plan to the person in front of her rather than to a template.

Alongside their sessions, she helps patients process what is shifting, build practical coping skills, and carry the gains into daily life long after the course ends. Drawing on mindfulness-based and trauma-informed techniques, she is often told she gave someone language for feelings they had carried quietly for years.
